Do you have a sweet tooth? Here’s a job that will tickle your taste buds! Mars is currently searching for chocolate tasters to try their new chocolate products.
Mars, responsible for Maltesers, Snickers and Mars bars, are looking for 8 people to employ for this chocolate tasting role. There are various positions available, temporary for 12 hours across 4 days a week.
All you need to apply is a love of chocolate and confectionery – what could be better! The website states ‘all you need is good taste buds’. As you can imagine the competition Is tough for a job like this, so you need to stand out. Mars is asking for people to send their cv’s and if successful, you will be called to interview.
After interview and meetings, you will need to pass the test on different foods. You will be presented with products and have to rank them on a scale from 1 to 15 for how sweet, savoury, bitter or salty they are. Those who impress the most will land the role.
You will be put through six months of training with Mars, before starting work in Slough.
